You will start your day with the anniversary exclusive treatment, Citrus & Bubbles Scrub, which is designed to invigorate your body while hydrating your skin. Next, an advanced renewal facial will be performed to enhance your relaxation while nourishing your skin, and you will complete your path with our enlightening Human Design Reading, giving you a look at your unique energetic blueprint. Together these spa sessions will give you a relaxed inner grace and celebration of self. *Only available to guests 21 and older.

4-4.5 hours

Citrus & Bubbles Scrub an exclusive body scrub designed to invigorate your body while hydrating your skin and toasting to forty years of possibilities. The citrus and bubbles scrub is custom-made for each treatment blending champagne with the essence of orange. The session begins with a relaxing body scrub application followed by a 45-minute massage with orange-infused body butter. Following your treatment, you will be greeted with a celebratory treat to enjoy while you reground your body and embrace the deep relaxation.

Renewal Facial is a customized, results-oriented treatment targets specific skin concerns including hyperpigmentation, congestion, sensitivity, fine lines and premature aging. Your facial will include a renewing exfoliation on the face, neck, and décolleté, a deep-cleansing massage to promote circulation and a masque to balance and nourish the skin.  Completing the experience will be a customized intensive facial serum and a relaxing hand and nail treatment.

Human Design Reading allows you to learn your unique energetic blueprint, and discover how understanding your Human Design can assist you in flowing through life with more ease, grace, and a deeper understanding of your unique ways of functioning. Human Design is a science that incorporates tropical astrology, the IChing, the Hindu energy centers and the Kabbalah Tree of Life. Understanding your Human Design will show you how you are energetically designed to move through life and your unique style of making decisions. This journey includes an intentional heart-opening meditation and a printed report of your Human Design and Body Graph. Infinite Love Massage is an aromatic whole-body retreat beginning with a gentle essence application of mandarin, rose, geranium and orchid to your feet, followed by head to toe full body massage and gentle heart-opening rose quartz placements. In this serene voyage for the senses, your soul is soothed with the essences of blossoming flowers, your body is restored and your energies are balanced. After 60 or 90 minutes of serenity, we will treat you to a glass of sparkling kombucha.

Holistic Energy Work is a choice of Reiki or a Cranial Sacral treatment. Allow yourself to step out of the physical world where your mind never stops moving and into a new space that is quiet, peaceful and integrative.

Recover after a day in Sedona’s elements. Experience a 90 minute Deep Tissue Massage followed by a 60 minute Advanced Renewal Facial and a 60 minute restorative Customized Yoga session guided by our gifted L’Apothecary practitioner.

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. The techniques used are performed slower and the pressure is deeper to ensure concentration in areas of tension. This therapy is ideal for guests with issues of chronic tension or who are experienced with massage.

Advanced Renewal Facial is a customized, results-oriented treatment targeting specific skin concerns including hyperpigmentation, congestion, sensitivity, fine lines and premature aging. Garnet, Carnelian, Amethyst and Rose Quartz are intentionally placed along your chakra centers to promote feelings of comfort, enthusiasm and instill confidence while inspiring creativity. Pick your base, herbs and oils and create your personal earthy exfoliating and conditioning body cocktail to seduce the senses. A blend of herbs and nurturing oils lift away dull lifeless skin, and a full-body butter application leaves your skin silky, smooth and drenched in hydration. Emerge from deep rest feeling restored and thoroughly exfoliated and hydrated – and ready to dive back into the elements.

Desert Flower Massage allows you to unfold into a rejuvenating 60-minute, Swedish and firm-pressure combination massage that focuses on relaxing muscles and joints. Desert flowers found in essential oils of sage, lavender and calendula are blended with jojoba and avocado oil to create a signature blend that, along with rhythmic massage, restores the strength of the body and increases vitality – awakening your body from within.

Connecting with Nature is referred to as “Shinrin-Yoku” in Japan, it is the practice of channeling nature’s essence for the wellness it provides. It focuses on soaking in the essence of the forest (rather than the literal sense of taking a bath in the middle of the forest). Turquoise and Sage Hydration is a 90-minute nature inspired treatment designed to ground and restore energy with the Earth’s healing treasures of wild sage, chamomile, lavender and rosemary. Begin with a dry brush exfoliation to stimulate circulation and prepare the skin for an application of conditioning sage and turquoise stone infused body butter. Then, feet and hands are exfoliated with herbal salts followed by warm sage butter application to replenish and moisturize. Emerge from a deep rest feeling restored, pampered and hydrated to enjoy a glass of Rose Kombucha along with a lovely, handmade turquoise bracelet infused with sage as a gift.

Sound Healing uses the energy of sound to promote wellness in the human system through various techniques. This signature sensory healing experience begins with a brief discussion of primordial sound healing and moves into a few simple interactive practices of toning and mantra, allowing new discoveries of yourself to surface. Using sound bowls and different instruments, guests are taken to a new level of relaxation and enlightenment. This session is a wonderful way to introduce yourself to a sound healing session.
