Chakra Yoga and Sound Healing This practice includes gentle yoga poses connecting you to each of the chakra's or 'energy centers' in the body. It is followed by a sound healing to integrate the clearing and healing the yoga provides.
Gingerbread Houses Every Saturday in December, guests of L’Auberge are invited to engage their festive and creative spirits (along with a sweet-tooth) to create gingerbread houses with Pastry Chef Clara Baltes, all supplies and refreshments will be provided. Limited for to 15 pp – $65 per person
