Restorative Yoga / Yoga Nidra
This is a combination of an ancient, guided meditation style known as ‘yogic sleep’ that Yogi’s use even today to allow them to rest the mind and calm the soul and a restorative yoga practice to relax the body. It is said 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is like 2 hours of sleep. The two work together to allow you to receive this gift of rest.
