A blending of meditation and sound healing session which will allow you to first create a quiet mind and body with the repetition of a mantra and then the added relaxing sounds of crystal bowls will bring your mind, body and spirit into a deeply relaxed state of bliss and allow all outer and inner states of stress to melt away.
