Love is in the Air Sound Healing
With essential oils diffused in the room and salt lamps for dim lighting, we will discuss ways to be kind and gentle to ourselves and one another. Then you will be guided through a sound bath to open your hearts. For couples, there will be a few short simple practices of breathing together into the usual practice.
