Intro to Yoga Nidra and Breathwork
Translating to “yogic sleep”, is a guided meditation practice where practitioners lie down in Shavasana and use focused awareness to reach a deep state of relaxation, often incorporating guided imagery and body scans, allowing access to subconscious layers while remaining consciously aware, with the goal of releasing tension and promoting profound mental and physical rejuvenation; essentially, it’s a practice of “conscious sleep” where one relaxes deeply while still maintaining awareness of their inner experience.
