Intro to Meditation/Nature Meditation
Are you new to the practice of meditation? Come participate in this class and discover new ways to connect with your inner self, boost your well-being and unlock your fullest potential. This class will share tips and tools on how to build and sustain a practice. Then we will practice a beautiful, grounding meditation to celebrate Earth Day and renew our connection to nature.
