Connect to the Earth Sunrise Yoga – Earth Day Theme
A special Earth Day sunrise yoga honoring the Sun and Earth. The asana will use sun salutations and grounding poses to reflect lifting the heart, inner and outer stability and allows you to steady your body and calm your mind.
