Creative Journaling
Journal in the Present Moment is a 1-hour journaling experience for guests at L’Auberge given by Libby Caldwell. For Libby, the idea of immersion and engaging all the senses through the arts evolved in journaling, where the experience of life can be enriched in a personal meaningful way, is a gift to oneself. The workshop will focus on how to capture the present moment in a journal while incorporating the senses; this creates a very rich yet personal record of a particular moment. Each participant will receive a handmade paper journal and all the supplies needed to carry on their journaling experience.
