Cress on Oak Creek features the area’s most extensive wine program. Our wine list was hand-crafted to emphasize the boutique selections available from across the U.S., as well as more diverse international selections. The list also includes some of the world’s finest Cognacs, Armagnacs, ports, and dessert wines.

Our sommelier and chef work closely together to create the wine pairing that best accompanies the dishes in our customizable Chef’s Tasting Menu.

The Coravin System

Through the use of the Coravin system in our wine cellar, you can access a vast array of rare and fine wines that were previously only available by the bottle. This preservation system accesses wine through the cork using a thin, hollow needle, allowing wine to be poured without removing the cork. Our wine list at L’Auberge de Sedona includes the very best in Arizona varietals. Fast coming on the international radar, Arizona wines are among some of the best found in more prevalent wine regions. We proudly support the burgeoning Verde Valley wine-producing region, and seek out the best wines from the top wineries in the main Arizona wine regions: Cochise County, Sonoita/Elgin, and the Verde Valley.
